Introducing RapiPlex™

RapiPlex™, Kypha’s proprietary multi-plex system, delivers comprehensive and accurate analyte assessment in a convenient point-of-care process that permits frequent serial measurements and overcomes preanalytical issues. We have developed a cytokine-centric 4-plex, complement 3-plex, and assays for IL-6 and IL-8.

  • Highly sensitive fluorescence detection with quantitative outputs within 30 minutes
  • Capable of simultaneous multiplex testing up of to 24 measurements per test cassette from a single small-volume sample of whole blood, plasma, serum, urine, saliva or other biological fluids.
  • Standard Sample Volume on RapiPlex is 360-400µl. RapiPlex standard protocols can also be modified to accommodate sample volumes as low as 20µl, for analyzing blood or ocular fluid samples, for example.

Comp ACT®

Our portable, quantitative single analyte system, designed to deliver quantitative results using a minimal (20-100µL) sample volume. These tests are compatible with a wide variety of biological samples including whole blood, plasma, serum, urine, CSF, or even ocular fluid. It is manufactured in a fully GMP compliant, FDA-audited facility.

The following complement analytes are available as Research Use Only (RUO) assays:

  • Complement factor sC5b9 in blood and urine
  • Complement Factor Ba in urine
